Legend of Mana Faerie%: The Infernal Doll
This is part of a first-playthrough guide using the Faerie story arc. It covers both the original PSX version and the 2021 HD remaster, though some place and item names differ slightly in the latter. You can find an overview of the Faerie% path here.
The Quick Version
We still need a couple more sidequests to make our Artifact count for the endgame. Take a detour to the Junkyard and follow the Infernal Doll that you meet at the entrance. The jack-in-the-box will tell you how to navigate the maze. Defeat the Doll’s minions and receive the Tome of Magic Artifact as a reward.

To get from the Junkyard entrance to the miniboss fight, go:
- upper right to Fork of Garbage (HD: Fork at the Garbage)
- lower right past the bear to Littered Ridge (HD: Litter Ridge)
- upper right past the doll to Pathway of Garbage (HD: Pathway of Rubbish)
- right to Acropolis of Trash
- upper left past the jack-in-the-box to Pathway of Garbage (HD: Pathway of Rubbish)
- right past the rocking horse
- right to Heap of Junk
